How can I send a document for a quote?
Email info@sudskitumac.org or use Viber or WhatsApp on +387 65 370 661. Send a readable scan or photographs of every page, including any reverse side containing text, stamps or certification.
Do you need the original straight away?
For an initial assessment and, in some cases, to begin work, a readable scan or a clear photograph of the document is usually enough. For the final certified version, we agree the inspection and attachment of the original or a certified copy according to the recipient’s requirements.
Can I keep my original document?
Where the recipient accepts it, I would recommend preparing a certified copy to accompany the translation. If the original is required, that requirement must be followed. It is best to check this before ordering.
How much does a translation cost?
I provide a quote after reviewing the document. Written translation is calculated in character-based translation units; subject matter, deadline and special requirements also affect the quote. Prices are stated in BAM.
How long will it take, and is urgent work possible?
Timing depends on volume, complexity and availability. Calling is the quickest option for urgent work. I confirm the deadline after reviewing the material, and it is difficult to promise the same turnaround for every document.
Will the certified translation be accepted abroad?
Acceptance is determined by the receiving institution. Check the language, format, certification, Apostille and any other requirements before ordering. If possible, send me their instructions so the translation can be prepared accordingly.
Is an Apostille the same as translation certification?
No. An Apostille concerns authentication of the origin of a public document under the relevant procedure; translation certification concerns the translation. Check with the competent authority and recipient whether an Apostille is required and on which document.

Yes. Documents can be exchanged remotely, and interpreting is available online and on site by agreement. Collection or delivery of a certified translation needs a separately agreed arrangement.
Should I choose simultaneous or consecutive interpreting?
Simultaneous interpreting takes place while the speaker continues; consecutive interpreting takes place during pauses. Send the subject, duration, audience size and equipment details. Technical support can be arranged through collaborators, subject to availability.
Can you also provide minutes or a transcript?
Yes, as a separately agreed service. We define the level of detail, language, source material and deadline. Minutes, transcripts and interpreting have different requirements and are planned separately.
