Written translation
Fees are calculated using a translation unit based on the number of characters. A physical page is not necessarily one translation unit. The quote identifies the unit applied, volume and price in BAM, the Bosnian convertible mark.
What affects the price?
Language direction, subject matter, source quality, urgency, certification and delivery format. Extra certified copies, travel and other specific requirements are identified where relevant.
Interpreting
The quote depends on the duration, location, format and subject, together with the required team and equipment. Minutes and transcripts are agreed separately. Availability and cancellation terms are confirmed for the assignment.
For international clients
Billing, payment and any advance payment arrangements are agreed in the quote. Please share your purchase-order format, supplier requirements or contracting procedure in advance.
