Language support for international projects

When local teams and international experts work together, language support needs to follow both the documentation and the way the project operates.

A project rarely ends with one translated document. There are comments, revised drafts, meetings and interdependent deadlines. I work in this environment as a translator, translation team leader and investment project administrator.

Support across documents and meetings

We can agree a continuing assignment or support for a defined project activity. The scope follows what the team actually needs.

  • Reports, terms of reference, tenders and contractual documents
  • Simultaneous and consecutive interpreting for meetings and workshops
  • Revision and terminology alignment across versions
  • Preparation of meeting minutes and transcripts by separate agreement
  • Coordination of translation tasks and collaborating linguists

Coordinating people and tasks

I have led the RiTE Ugljevik translation team since 2016. On larger assignments, I can coordinate translation tasks, workloads, terminology and collaborating linguists within an agreed scope. My background also includes investment project administration. We define any project coordination responsibilities for each assignment.

Experience across the project cycle

My CETAP work includes translation, revision and interpreting. At RiTE Ugljevik, my experience covers technical documents, procurement, international correspondence, site activities and investment project administration.

What to include in your enquiry

Tell me the subject, duration, languages, expected volume, deadlines and working arrangements. Terms of reference, a glossary and previously approved translations are useful reference material. A short non-confidential overview is enough for an initial discussion.

IT STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION

What project can I help you with?

A document, a meeting or an entire project. Tell me what it involves.
